About Paperstub
A small tool for one job: invoices that are right the first time.
Paperstub makes clear, VAT-correct invoices in pounds or euros. You write drafts for free and pay a few pence only when you issue an invoice. There is no subscription.
Who it's for
Freelancers and small firms in the UK and EU.
It suits sole traders, contractors and small limited companies who send anything from a couple of invoices a year to a few hundred a month, and who don't want to pay a monthly fee for accounting software just to do that.
It is not accounting software. There is no bookkeeping, no bank feed and no tax return. You make the invoice, send it, and mark it paid when the money arrives.
Tokens
You pay for one thing: issuing.
Tokens come in packs, from £10.00 for 1,000. They don't expire and nothing renews.

Issuing gives the invoice its number and locks its content. After that only its status can change, so an invoice your client has already received can't be quietly rewritten into a different one.
Online payments are paused at the moment. If you need tokens, contact us and we'll add them to your account by hand.
VAT
Four VAT treatments, worded properly.
Choose one per invoice. The rates fill in and the right wording is printed on the PDF.
