You pay for one thing: issuing an invoice. It uses 10 tokens, which is 10p. Everything before and after it is free.

Topping up
How to top up
Online payments are paused for now. Contact support with the amount you need and we’ll add the tokens to your account by hand.
- Tell us the amount and the currency (GBP or EUR) through the contact form, from the email address on your account.
- We reply by email and add the tokens to your account.
- The tokens show in your balance and in your token history.
Receipts
Token history and receipts
Your dashboard lists every top-up and every issued invoice, with the balance after each one. Online top-ups link to their receipt, with your company details.

Refunds
Refunds
- If you buy as a consumer, you can cancel a top-up within 14 days as long as none of its tokens have been used.
- Tokens already used for issued invoices aren’t refundable.
- To ask for a refund, email info@paperstub.com with the date and amount of the top-up. Approved refunds are paid within 5 to 10 working days.
